Attend this workshop if you liaise and work with other staff or external contacts as a part of your role or simply want to enhance the quality of your working relationships. The aim is to improve your ability to understand your own behaviour and others.

This workshop is open to all Academic and Professional staff.
Learning Outcomes
In this workshop, you will learn to:
- understand the dynamics of interpersonal relationships
- gain greater self insight
- improve your understanding of others’ behaviour
- develop your ability to relate to others.
Format
This workshop runs from 9.30am to 4.30pm and lunch will be provided. It will start on time and be interactive, consisting of group activities and discussions.

Before this workshop, you’ll be emailed login details for a self assessment you will need to complete.
