Attend this workshop if you communicate frequently with others at work or simply want to build your communication skills. The aim is to improve your ability to explain ideas to and understand information presented by others.

This workshop is open to all Academic and Professional staff.

In this workshop, you will learn to:
- understand the elements and dynamics of communication
- develop active listening skills
- develop effective questioning techniques
- understand how to position and tailor your message.
Format
This workshop runs from 9.30am to 12.30pm. It will start on time and be interactive, consisting of group activities and discussions.
