Workshop Overview
Attend this workshop if you review and improve processes as part of your role or simply want to develop process mapping skills. The aim of the workshop is to provide you with an insight into how processes are structured, defined, and represented.

This workshop is open to all Academic and Professional staff.
Learning Outcomes
In this workshop, you will learn to:
- understand theoretical aspects of process mapping
- understand different methodologies for process analysis and improvement
- evaluate the different aspects of a process
- learn the steps to create process maps and schedule diagrams
- understand international standards for documenting processes.
Format
This workshop runs from 9.30am to 4.30pm and lunch will be provided. It will start on time and be interactive, consisting of group activities and discussions.
